Is Washing Cloth Diapers Complicated?
Not at all! We promise! Washing your cloth diapers is way easier than you think.
Simple steps. Stellar results.
Make sure any solid “stuff” is out of the diapers, inserts, and liners before tossing them in the washer. Unsnap the inserts from the diaper.
1.Pre-wash (short cycle) in warm water (up to 140°F / 60°C) using the recommended amount of detergent (Tide Original to Line 1 works perfectly).
2.Main wash (heavy-duty cycle) using warm or cold water with the proper detergent amount and load size. Add other laundry items to create a full load for better agitation.
3.Dry by hanging when possible, or tumble dry on low if you’re in a hurry.
For heavier soiling or odors, rinse under cold running water before storing for wash day. For lighter messes or items already pre-rinsed, a regular cycle in cold or warm water is all you need.
