I mostly use these for incontinence security. My bladder doesn’t fully release but if I sneeze these give me confidence knowing there won’t be a leak. After kids I have had a few respiratory flu’s, and some nasty allergy seasons that have left me feeling insecure. These little pads are perfect and discreet. I also use them as menstrual cup back up, and the day I think my period has ended just in case. They have saved a lot of underwear!

I do not sleep well. I do not sleep gently. When in the first days of the menstrual week, it gets even worse with cramps and other discomfort in the mix. I toss, turn, thrash, and generally behave like a harp seal on an icy glacier in rough waters. I'd tried the HyPS pads for overnight but they scooted and curled and I had to go back to the adhesive disposables. Not so with the Active!
