Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy (Updated June 18th, 2026)
We want you to shop with total confidence. Every order ships fully tracked, returns are straightforward, and if anything goes wrong, a real human is on the other end of that email.
Split Shipments
Most orders ship in a single package. Occasionally, items may arrive in separate packages from different warehouse locations. We'll send you tracking information for each package as soon as it's on its way.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
United States & Canada:
Orders under $99: $9.99
Orders $99 and over: FREE shipping
International:
Orders under $200: $20.00
Orders $200 and over: FREE shipping
All orders: We ship from multiple warehouses to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How Long Does Processing & Delivery Take?
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 4–5 business days of your order confirmation email (excluding holidays).
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. Allow 48–72 hours for your tracking link to update.
Destination & Estimated Delivery
-United States & Canada: 8–10 business days
-International: 12–15 business days
International orders may take additional time to clear customs. This is outside our control, but your tracking link will always show the latest status.
What If My Package Is Delayed, Lost, or Damaged?
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it's in the carrier's hands — but we won't leave you without support. Here's what to do:
1.Check your tracking link for the latest status.
2.Contact the carrier directly; they can investigate delays and missing packages faster than we can.
3.Still stuck after 15 business days? Email delight@lilhelper.ca with your order number and tracking link, we'll investigate and find a solution together.

Not quite right? Email delight@lilhelper.ca within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.
The God Forbid Guarantee
We hope you never need this. But if something unexpected happens during your pregnancy or birthing journey, we'll refund your entire purchase, no questions asked. Because some things matter more than returns policies.
Returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. We'll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address once your request is approved. We recommend using a tracked shipping method; return shipping is at your cost unless we made the mistake. Returns sent without a RAN or after 30 days will not be accepted. Items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund (EU customers: see EU Right of Withdrawal section below.). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges, but the process is just as easy: return your item, get your refund once we receive it, and place a new order for what you want. Questions? Email us, we're happy to help.
Defective or Damaged Items
Email us within 30 days with a photo, we'll make it right.
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every Lil Helper product is backed by a one-year warranty covering snaps, lining, elastic, and waterproofing, for the original purchaser. If something isn't right due to a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.
Warranty doesn't apply if washing instructions weren't followed, fabric softeners or diaper creams were used, or the product was a free gift or promotional item.
EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you're ordering from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed.
To exercise this right, email delight@lilhelper.ca within 14 days of delivery. We'll reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM EST). You'll then have a further 14 days to return the item. Return shipping is at your cost unless we made an error.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return, including any original shipping fees you paid. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Items must be unused, unwashed and with original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from your refund if the item shows handling beyond what's needed for reasonable inspection.
Tariffs & Duties
For all orders shipped within Canada and the United States, any tariffs, duties, and import fees are fully covered by us. The price you paid at checkout is the only amount you will ever be charged. No surprises.
For international orders, any applicable tariffs, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price at checkout.
