We make products for all people. Babies and kids, moms and dads, grandmothers and grandfathers, and everybody in between. Some of the people we make products for live with a disability, and lots of them care for someone who does.
So our website has to work for everyone too. Whatever phone, computer or tools you use, you should be able to shop with us, read about our products and get help.
What We Aim For
On every page we rebuild, we follow the web's accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA). That means we:
- write product names, sizes and prices as real text, never inside a picture
- give photos a short description for screen readers
- check colour contrast and text size
- make sure the page works with a keyboard and on a phone
Where We Fall Short
We're not perfect. Some parts of the site come from apps we use, like reviews, rewards and checkout, and we don't control all of their code. When we find a problem in one of them, we tell the company that makes it.
Older Pages and Files
Some older pages, guides and PDFs were made before we started this work. We're fixing them as we go.
If We Fall Short, Let Us Know
If any part of the site is hard to use, email delight@lilhelper.ca or call +1 (877) 287-7930, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST. Tell us the page and what happened. We'll help you get what you need, and we'll work on fixing it.
