Incontinence Bundle

I suffer from stress incontinence, and nothing is more nerve wracking then worrying a small sneeze or cough will catapult you into a big uh-oh moment if you arent wearing the right amount of coverage. Most days my oopsies are minimal, but sometimes a sneeze or a cough is possible to cause a tsunami of pee in my pants. I wanted something reusable to help alleviate the amount of money spent on disposable pads or diapers. I have followed Lil Helper on social media for a while now and was finally able to purchase some of these incontinence pads. Overall I loved them. The comfort was there, the absorobency was enough for an unexpected cough triggering tsunami. However, for me there was still a small amount of leakage but not because it wasn't enough absorbancy.

For me the problem is the length. I am not a small person. I wear a size 28 pant. And because of my stress incontinence, I really need something that covers me from end to end. Diapers and incontinence underwear aren't very good because the gusset isn't very long. For plus size they just add more elastic or material to make sure the underwear covers the bottom but don't increase the gusset area so even though it "fits" I can leak out the front or back. Typically what works for me is I have to double up two pads to make the coverage cover me front to back on my underwear. This design made me hopeful I'd finally have full coverage. Sadly it was just a tad bit too small still. If I pulled it in the back to cover to the end of my crack the front V would bunch up because it was too short and id have to sort of tuck it between my leg joints so it would still cover me correctly, but that led to a small leakage on a big sneeze. So then I pulled it back up to the front but there was a slight exposed bit of my crack and well my oops comes leaking out wherever it can. About 2-3 inches more in length would make these perfect. Now this doesn't mean these aren't good! These are downright the closest I have gotten to what I actually need. So I will continue using them. But please please please if you see the need to make improvements, perhaps consider making another size for us big girlie's and give us 2-3 more inches in the length so that the ends fit where they should. My dad just had prostate surgery and the post catheter removal dripping is a thing. He was feeling self conscious about it and being in his 60s, didn't want to be wearing "diapers". I got one of the lil helper men's incontinence pads for him and he as so relieved! He said "it is comfortable, catches any leaks I have, and doesn't move around in my underwear". He is so much more comfortable using this as it feels more like a piece of clothing than a "diaper" product.

This gave me the ability to sleep through the night fear free when a few weeks ago I got the dreaded norovirus or the stomach flu. I was in such a state being sick with no warning and direction. This was the saving grace when I had to make a run to the bathroom

I felt this was a little large for my size but it did work well. It stays in place and is not uncomfortable. I will update after wearing a few more times, maybe I just need to get used to it. The silicone dots do work. This item does not fold up discreetly as the original ones with snaps do.
