  1. Before washing, make sure any solid matter is removed from your product. For items with heavy soiling that may stain or develop odors, rinse under cold running water until the water runs clear before storing for wash day.
  2. For a deep clean, start with a pre-wash on a short cycle using warm water (up to 140°F / 60°C) and the recommended amount of detergent, such as Tide Original to Line 1. Follow with a heavy-duty, longest-cycle wash in warm or cold water, again using the appropriate detergent amount. To ensure proper agitation, add other items to create a full load.
  3. For everyday or lighter messes or items already pre-rinsed, a regular cycle in cold or warm water (up to 140°F / 60°C) with the normal amount of detergent is sufficient.
  4. Whenever possible, hang to dry. If you’re in a rush, you can tumble dry on low.

Blog

Our Snack Bags are made from food-grade, waterproof PUL (Polyurethane Laminate), a durable, water-resistant fabric that helps keep snacks fresh and contains small amounts of moisture from items like washed fruit or cut veggies. While the material is water-resistant, these bags are not designed to hold liquids or very wet items. They may leak if they become overly saturated, especially at the zipper. For best results, use them for dry or slightly damp snacks (and definitely skip the soup!).
We do not recommend using our Bite Bags for long term food storage in the freezer. They are not air tight and thus will not create that perfect freezer burn proof seal you want for this kind of food storage.
You can hand wash your bags in the sink between uses if you are in a rush. You can also throw it in your washer with your regular clothing on cold or warm. ALWAYS hang your bags open to dry, the heat from the dryer will damage the PUL. Video with explanation
The big bite bag is 8” x 8” The small bite bag is 8” x 4”
Snacks are the primary use but also great for storing HyPs, art supplies like markers, small first aid kits, small toy storage, organization, and don’t forget that they snap together easily.

Great Products and Great Service

I bought a few different pads to try and found them to be wonderful! The only thing that I didn't like was that they sometimes shift backwards as they only have the clip on the wings but no sticky like one and done pads. I ventured onto their site again and I found out that they sell "active" pads that not only have the clip but they have the grippy bits that help keep it in place. I placed another order right then.

Here is where the great service part of my title comes into play. I had seen that my address was wrong in the system and thought I had changed it to my new address but when I had paid it came up as having not been changed at all.

I got into contact with their customer support team and they (same day) got back to me and changed my address to be correct for this shipment.

Excellent company!

Hi Chloe! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and for sharing your experience! We're so sorry to hear you experienced some slipping with the HyPs Original, if you ever want to give them another try we suggest turning the pad around so the long part is in the front. We're so happy to hear you found our HyPs Active Pads and can not wait to hear about your experience with them! We're so glad you are delighted with the customer service with the delight team! If you ever need anything else we're here for you at delight@lilhelper.ca or 1-877-287-7930. Thank you for your support and for choosing Lil Helper. Have a wonderful day! - Jennifer @ Lil Helper
